Experience the deeply restorative and transformative practice of Yoga Nidra with yoga teacher Taryn Burns (she/her). This practice, most commonly done laying down supported by props, progressively guides awareness through the koshas (energetic sheaths) to relax the body + mind to rest in the state between waking and sleeping. In this still quiet space you have the opportunity to return to your truest, highest self.
This particular practice will explore the ability to expand our energy without feeling overextended and provide an opportunity to open ourselves to receive during a time of year when there can be so much pressure to give.
No meditation experience required. The systematic nature of this practice makes it accessible to all levels.
